Completely agree on 3 (still need to apply it more myself though). 4 is a tricky one in practice, but ok. 6, sorry, sometimes can’t do. 8, thanks, but no thanks, waste of time.
I can work with all of that for the most part
tho I feel I must add that 4 is conditional on what "let you down" means
and 3 is disturbingly close to a country song lyric so I kind of automatically feel dirty for even liking it -_-

anyway I'm sorry I'll be quiet <3 I'm glad you're taking stock of the year, a lot of times people don't seem to do it thoughtfully
