I rebuilt one of my testing Arch Linux systems (virtual machine) and went with Ratpoison as my window manager. Configured a terminal window to open at launch and attach to an existing tmux session or create a new one if none exists.
Very nice thus far. It makes me focus on what I came there to do.

I put no effort whatsoever into customizing this from stock GalliumOS, which is a lightly customized xfce. But I love it :)

@cobra2 I'll be publishing a full write-up in the next 48 hours! currently waiting for the modeling epoxy I used to cure. it's a fun project and pretty cheap. there will be two options: hack-free Arduino only, and hackable but internet-connected with ESP8266 and Blynk.
@willhopkins My previous wm was i3wm, but the version from AUR , i3-gaps I think it was called.
