mstdn.jp and mastodon.cloud will be transferred to Sujitech, LLC. on July 1st, 2020.
Since the official account for Sujitech, LLC. will be @Sujitech_official please be careful not to mistake it with other similar accounts.
In addition, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will no longer accept inquiries to the Distributed Social Network Org after July 1st, 2020 at 12am.

The transfer just means that the servers will change but the instances and accounts will remain untouch, is that correct?

Yes, it only changes the owner company of the server. The instance and all account data will be kept as is.
