Bunnies - Three in 3D
Happy egg hunting tomorrow.
@thurloat Hey there, do you know is it possible for me to join your 🇨🇦 instance ? Since I'm already an established account, I don't want to lose all my followers+toots...
tfw you give up on repairing a mesh from #thingiverse and make it from scratch in #openscad instead
Is there a way to connect/sign up to another instance while keeping followers? #mastodon
Current node count is over 100! Rewards to come back online soon after testing on testnet.

We now have a global lottery which pays out every hour to a node operator! #cryptocurrency #bitcoin #heat
Anyone have experience with either the Orion Delta #3dprinter #3dprinting or the Rostock Max v3 ?
A related term to #federation is #fediverse, which is a collective noun referring to every federated community/server.
From the outside, #mastodonsocial looks a bit techy/jargony, but, in fact, it's a way for communities to gain control of their social networking.

I leave for a few days offline, come back, and we are double the users on mastodon. Excellent. #mastodon
@jflamman Bedankt voor het ''follow'' :)
If there is interest, I might do a #cryptocurrency giveaway sometime in the near future.
Maybe I will give away 1$ of some #crypto to 100 people or something...
What do you guys think of that idea ?
If it is popular, I could do something on a semi-regular basis.
Where are all the #crypto #cryptocurrency #bitcoin people? :joy:
people seem to like calling the entire mastodon populace the "fediverse". Meanwhile I want people to start calling it the federation so i can pretend i'm in star trek
Word of the Day - manzanilla
Pronunciation: /ˌmanzəˈniːjə//ˌmanzəˈnɪlə/
noun
mass noun
A pale, very dry Spanish sherry.
Origin
Spanish, literally ‘camomile’ (because the flavour is reminiscent of that of camomile tea).

Martin munched chips and sipped his manzanilla in the shade of his porch. A faint breeze kept him company.
Also you can git clone the bitaddress site, to use offline and locally if you want. This method is better IMO, because:
1)You own the privkey which unlocks your address.
2) You can at any time use pretty much Any BTC wallet software to import the privkey and use the funds at your associated address. In the core original bitcoin software you would do a:
importprivkey XXXXXXXXXXXXX
@TheAdmin
Without relying on a centralized service like web wallets:
1) Make a wallet using https://www.bitaddress.org
2) You can use electrum to load the private key of the wallet, and it will load it up.
3) Spend any coins, and you can either ecrypt this electrum wallet, or remove from your computer.
4) Have your private key saved a few times somewhere to not lose it.
5) You always have access to load up this BTC wallet with your privkey. Electrum being simplest IMO.

For some reason my federated timeline keeps jerking around, making me have to scroll around to find the post I was currently reading. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?
