At 0609 UTC (30 min or so from now) the Cassini space probe will make its final close flyby (T-126) of Saturn's moon Titan. In September it will plunge ito Saturn's atmosphere and be destroyed
@mig5 There may be some images but Titan is cloud covered. Not sure if any radar planned this time, but we now have a pretty good global radar map of it. And I assume you've seen the Huygens surface images
@planet4589 yeah I knew of the cloud and I've seen the Huygens shots, but everything in space is interesting :) I read something recently about maybe one day landing a boat on the methane lakes? That would be amazing
@planet4589 do you know if it will capture some pictures of Titan or just measurements etc?
