PSA: If you have the Wordpress Jetpack log in working under PHP5.9, and upgrade to PHP5.6 but don't install php5.6-xml, it will still appear to work except that Google can no longer see your site's posts.
The good thing about the nature vs nurture debate is that either way you can blame it on your parents :-D
For me, I believe the limit for monitors is 5.

The first Mastodon K12 instance that I know of is now online.
Is there an admin guide somewhere? I want to control federation of this instance.
How does search work? Does it only search the local instance or does it search across all of the federated sites?

The only thing I miss between Mastodon and Twitter is the ability to put people into lists. Maybe that will come, but until then, I'm pretty happy.

Looks like you can import the people you are following, but they won't know to follow your new account, right?
