I'm coming to CanSecWest for the first time in 2020 and I'm bringing "Finding Firmware Implants" training to the Dojo with me. cansecwest.com/dojos/2020/firm

My day was spent in ISE 14.7. I could have been 8x as productive if it was multithreaded.

Ah, the winter holidays. The time when I inevitably overload myself with things like moving to another state, buying one house and selling another, tearing apart a car to send it off for bodywork restoration, and keep going at my day job. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜΄

Starting my work day as usual: waking up my laptop and letting Windows spend 30 minutes applying updates.

TIL SunPlus has two homegrown ISAs: μ'nSP and S⁺Core 7.

Only 12 hours to image 2 laptops with their factory image and apply all the firmware and OS updates. Now they are all ready for surgery tomorrow.

Test Laptop: WARNING!! Machine is in an uncommitted state!
Me: Is this laptop hitting on me?

Every time I decide to make something as a gift, it takes _so_ much longer than I expected and I miss the deadline.

Cloudflare recruiter: Come work for us!
Me: No way
Cloudflare: what? Why not?
Me: really? You don't know? *adds another reason to my list*
