I get 503 errors from mammouth.cloud even trying to search your ID there.
Things (obviously) work on mastodon.cloud.
For anyone else: my profile at mammouth.cloud can't talk to / see woozle's toot.cat profile. We're trying to sort this out. I tried a PM to both woozle & my other profile, which behaves oddly -- doesn't appear in my Notifications or Timeline, though I can call up this (cloud) at cafe and reply, but only to my .cloud profile.

@dredmorbius @polymerwitch The pattern of symptoms would seem to indicate a problem at mammoth.cloud, not toot.cat -- no?

I /can/ mention polymerwitch from mammouth.cafe. so it's not all profiles at toot.cat.
I also checked to see if I'm blocking or muting woozle. Not that I see..

@dredmorbius @woozle I get a timeout w/ failure message upon connecting back to mammouth.cafe when I attempt to remote follow woozle.
@mjb @dredmorbius Likewise, I get a timeout when I go to Morbius's mamoth.cafe account and try to remote follow him from there.
The error may be of significance to an admin: "Could not find the required redirect URL for your account"
That sounds either like mammoth.cafe can't talk to toot.cat's server at all, or like toot.cat's Mammoth instance isn't doing something right.
Since others can follow me here, though, that would seem to point towards the former.

@dredmorbius @skk @woozle I verified that we have no silences or suspensions in place. Then, I checked on our sidekiq workers and they seem to be doing pretty good. I'm gonna try to run the daily maintenance rake jobs and see if that helps anything
@polymerwitch Thanks. I still get a hang when doing a search on <at>woozle<at>toot.cat, and a 503 on https://toot.cat/@woozle, from mammouth.cafe.

...but of course I get the same results trying to remote follow Morbius's mammoth.cafe account using [at]woozle[at]toot.cat... and the instructions say username[at]domain, anyway.
Maybe their Dunbar database is full. >.>
