@starbreaker Debian still makes the effort. Not having manpages remains a bug (though not a release-critical one).

Red Hat has almost always been far less useful -- missing manpages and even /usr/share/doc/<packagename> entries.

Debian's dwww is hugely useful.

FreeBSD / OpenBSD manpage quality is typically higher, though they use the wrong utilities.

GNU's insistance on info is a fucking brain disease.

Definitely agree with you concerning GNU info pages, but what do you mean by OpenBSD using the wrong utilities for man pages?
