FYI it describes how each year, when hares multiply, lynx population also increases, until the pressure of predation from lynx is too much for hares and they begin disappearing, which in turns decreases lynx population, and the cycle begins anew the next year.

If I have ID’d one of my obs, and someone counter-IDs it as another species, but I have very good reasons to believe it’s this species, what’s the good practice?
I usually comment my reasons under my own photo, but it seems pointless as they never read it😩

There are so many times where I am like : "Wow, okay, we definitely don’t belong in the same class".
The contrast with my own life, my family’s, or my poor friends is staggering.
