Knowledge is not a commodity like gold that can only be possessed by one person at a time. Knowledge grows when you share it with another; even that which you know is freshened and compounded in the sharing.

I say this because it seems some experts in act as if sharing knowledge with those less experienced depletes their storehouse of knowledge, and so avoid it. This is a patently absurd notion.


When you stop learning, you start dying; when you stop teaching, you start decaying.
