I want you to know I am doing physio and even a tiny workout (aka some squats). Wasn’t sure if I should add this to the old thread or start a new one. Also working, cuz someone dumped 6000 words on me. Grump. Still gonna SUP tho!!
Alright, work not DONE, but progress made. Time for physio (sigh), then straight up to the lake with bike and SUP. Wish me luck; neighbour has not confirmed she can feed cats. *lol*
