@bethgrangersays I made this Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower soup: http://www.skinnytaste.com/roasted-brussels-sprouts-and-cauliflower-soup/ - It was pretty good, though I'd suggest adding some parmesian (that helped to mellow out the bitterness)
