Because I know you like to wear your tin foil hat sometimes too. I was curious to know if you have ever used/heard of signal and if so what did you think of it and why did you end up choosing wire? If you haven't heard of/used signal I'd still like to know what brought you to wire?

I have got to find a way to start fitting fun stuff I wanna do into my day. Doing nothing but school stuff all the time is slowly sucking the life out of me. And it's making me lose the drive to do anything including the fun stuff.

I guess I should clarify that I am using the Linux desktop app. I don't know what the windows one or Mac on are but I would assume they are the same thing. Otherwise why on earth would you use electron in the first place.

If I could edit a recently posted toot that would be fantastic. I understand not wanting to let anyone edit old toots because of replies and stuff. And I don't mind if the toot gets flagged as edited or something. But if I could just fix typos and stuff that'd be great. Same goes for Twitter.

I'm kinda liking wire private messenger but I really wish the Android app followed the material design guidelines and the desktop one was a native app and not an electron app. Also why does every freaking app think they need they're own notification tray icon that does literally nothing!

Although the web interface for this instance is pretty good. I wish I could get a good Android app for Mastodon. Tooty Fruity isn't cutting it because I can't really do anything but read toots with it. I can't star or boost or anything. Also I can't click on a toot to see the conversation view. And there's a bug that makes me unable to log into Tusky at all so I have no idea how it is. 😕

Update: I installed tooty fruity and it worked just fine. But apparently something is wrong with Tusky on android 7.0 that makes it not work.

I'm trying to link the Tusky app to this instance but I can't get it to work. Anyone have any ideas? 🤔
