The attack source is access from AS Number 2516 (KDDI).
IP addresses change frequently ( but, All are IPv6 addresses).
Maybe, It is an attack that individually targets mastodon.cloud because it contains posts by personal grudge.

A completely different DDoS attack from Russia and Ukraine has become active. These have been confirmed to cause damage to other servers and require attention.
