This is sort of a #Taiwanese-style mooncake, a common treat around Mid-Autumn Festival (Moon Festival). This one is mung bean (綠豆椪), but they can be other flavors as well. I like the sweet ones, as opposed to the savory ones, like egg yolk, onion, or fuzzy pork. Notice the thin, layered pastry on the top of this kind.
It was OK, but I've had better.

@cybette Does the Chinese community there organize anything for Mid-Autumn Festival? What flavor were those?
@SlowRain you know I just realized there was an event in a museum right across where I live - http://www.greatwall.fi/zh/news/%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87-%E5%BA%86%E4%B8%AD%E7%A7%8B%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD%E6%96%87%E5%8C%96%E8%8A%82%E8%A1%A8%E6%BC%94.html
I always assumed the festivities are in Helsinki (capital city, larger Chinese community). I need to pay more attention right in my backyard. 😛
As for the mooncakes, one is double yolk in red bean paste, the other is double yolk in lotus paste. 😋
@SlowRain I like both sweet and savory ones (esp egg yolk). I'm just hoping to find some kind of mooncake here, any kind 😛
