Been looking to pick up a used bike seat near me to get my girlfriend's bike back to working order.
I want to buy local and buy used. Less things in a landfill the better.
Unfortunately the only platform that seems to be used in my area by a lot of people is Facebook marketplace.
I find myself struggling with the idea of being connected to my neighborhood but not wanting to be on the Zuck Machine.

@art That, my friend, I do not have. At 250 lbs I do not do well in bone-supported riding positions.
But I know how you feel. I occasionally see bicycle parts swaps in some parts of LA, but I don't know how the information is actually disseminated.
