Hi, and welcome to this week’s weekly summary. This week’s recap is the third overall and the third for October 2019.
"Mapeo is an offline map editing application for indigenous territory mapping in remote environments. It uses osm-p2p for offline peer-to-peer synchronization of an OpenStreetMap database, without any server."

Video us up; however, the audio is in Spanish, so for our English speaking users, we'll add subtitles next.
The video is about the initial config of VMetal and a demo about how it can run on two computers without a problem.
Also, it's 720p; our Lightworks license expired, so we can't export it in higher resolutions.
We're $15 into our $150 goal to purchase a Pinephone Development Kit.
With MauiKit growing every day, we are very much interested and invested in bringing a convergent Linux device to the masses.
Obtaining a Pinephone would also mean that Nitrux is available to aarch64 devices.
Visit https://www.patreon.com/nitrux to contribute to this goal.
Did you know that since Nitrux 1.1.4 (March 11th, 2019) itch.io, an open marketplace for independent digital creators with a focus on independent video games, is bundled with the operating system?.
To obtain the itch.io application, open the menu and click on "Bundled Apps," then click on "Install itch.io," the itch.io installer will be downloaded and run automatically.

We're excited to continue working in more MauiKit goodness!. All this work is to provide applications to the Plasma Mobile experience, which in turn also benefits our stated goals, such as obtaining a Pinephone to put Nitrux on it.
It's fantastic to see that plasma Mobile is getting better every week.
Check more of these developments at https://www.plasma-mobile.org/2019/10/11/Plasma-Mobile-Weekly-update-2.html.
Did you know that since Nitrux 1.1.8 (June 30th, 2019) Homebrew, the macOS package manager comes by default in Nitrux?.
AppImage remains the primary method of obtaining software for Nitrux; however, we understand that not every piece of software is available as an AppImage.
"Homebrew is the most popular package manager for Mac OS X."
