For anyone wanting an explanation for this, it's because "entrepreneurs" are types of guys (and they are always guys) are almost always "idea men." They have tons of bright ideas on what a good product or service might be, or how to run a business, but they never seem put in the hard work or perspiration to make it happen — they want underlings to do that. They do blog a lot, though.
People who actually work hard at what they do for a living will not use this term to describe themselves.
