Moment in the day of a person with #ASD
I'm really lucky because my husband-wife is understanding about my auditory sensory issues and is loaning me their headphones with noise canceling to help me recover.
This is profoundly soothing.
The downside? It's been a busy as hell day and now that I'm finally relaxing it's one heck of an energy crash. Feeling loved though.

@Cheshire Awwwww. That's sweet. I feel you on the busy day. If I've had a sensory-busy day I get so exhausted I just fall asleep pretty much as soon as I get into bed. Hahahaha.
I hope your relaxing does well. :kissing_heart:
@Finnarchist Yeah I think @phoenix can attest to me doing pretty much that whenever I get overstimulated.
So far it's definitely helping, downside is I still have a bunch to do. *pout*
@Finnarchist @Cheshire at least we can be at home while we finish up All The Things?
@Cheshire Awwwwwww. That feel is so hecking relatable. I hate having stuff to do when I'm near the end of my "energy levels"
@Cheshire I clicked on the music link when I read your post and I am totally digging the Interstellar sound track, relaxing. Sometimes I need a break from Fear Factory and Nero:thumbsup:
