Uchouten Kazoku: the show where you're watching and happy because it's so good and then suddenly you're crying and you're not even sure why. It's a very gentle show. Very measured. It's all about etiquette and respect and tradition. When it hits you, it does so softly. It's inventive and pretty and funny, and self-assured, and kind. It has something to say but it never shouts. It's my best anime of the season, probably the year, and I love it to pieces. #UchoutenKazoku
